Springs is finally here and that means it’s time to start working off those extra winter pounds! To help make the most of your workout, here are a few tips to keep in mind while exercising in your TriBridge Residential apartment‘s fitness center:
- Set obtainable fitness goals. Don’t be unrealistic in your expectations or you will get discouraged and you will quit. Instead, set a series of small obtainable goals
- Don’t forget the weights. Make sure to include strength training in your routine. 20 minutes of strength training twice a week won’t cause you to bulk-up but it will help tone your entire body.
- Make your workout effective with interval training. Interval training is a very time-effective way to get results. Instead of just running or walking, walk for one minute, run for one minute, and repeat. Follow this alternating pattern throughout the course of your whole workout.
